Please take the time to read this to avoid future questions.

We accept USA, APO and US Military orders only.
GENERAL:
Orders received before Noon, Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday, will be shipped the same day if at all possible. Orders will be shipped by the method selected or better. If shipping is delayed, there is no refund of shipping fees charged. Orders received after Noon on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday. This applies to all orders; USPS, Overnight, Next Day and 2nd Day.
We reserve the right to ship by a method other than that selected by the customer if, in our estimation, an alternate will get the product to the customer in equal or less time.
For example: Ordering 2nd day Air late Wednesday will not deliver until Monday (Ship Thursday, Friday=day 1, Monday=day 2 - Saturdays do not count) We may ship via USPS 2nd in an effort to have the product delivered on Saturday (USPS has Saturday delivery to most residences in the USA)
Another reason we may change the shipping method is that the shipper's system will not correctly resolve the address. Orders designated UPS but with Post Office Box is one example.

We do not ship on Holidays recognized by UPS or USPS.
UPS:
We recommend standard UPS ground. UPS expedited shipping is very expensive and saves a day or two on average. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday. For possible Saturday delivery see USPS 2nd day priority below.
UPS:
We normally ships via UPS. This requires a street address, no P.O. Boxes for UPS, please.
USPS:
We do ship via USPS (post office) 3-4 Day Priority Mail. The USPS does deliver on Saturday. Please understand that USPS does not provide any tracking information or guarantee to deliver on time.
USPS:
We will only know if a package was delivered. If the Post Person is unable to deliver, they will leave a notice. Follow the instructions on the notice. We will be unable to provide any information on the location of your order if it is shipped via USPS.
INTERNATIONAL:
Due to Fraud and Export/Import problems, we no longer accept orders on the web site from anywhere but the USA, APO and US Military.

RETURNS:
No returns accepted without prior authorization.

Under normal circumstances products can not be returned due to the risk of product tampering. You would not wish to by a product that had been returned by someone else. Since these products are no longer manufactured, there is no product warranty.
If we make an error in shipping, we will arrange for product return and/or order correction. Contact us, customer.care@buy-ephedrine.com , to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
Defective/damaged product may be returned with prior approval. Defective products will be replaced or issued a web site credit in the form of a gift voucher to be used for future purchases. Contact customer.care@buy-ephedrine.com to obtain authorization.
